🔥 NVIDIA Earnings Are Out: $96.2B Revenue, +106% Growth — What Happens to $NVDA Next?
EARNINGS SHOCK
NVIDIA has delivered another extraordinary quarter. Revenue reached $96.2B, up 106% year over year, while adjusted EPS came in at $2.22. Data-center revenue reached about $89B, showing that AI infrastructure demand remains extremely strong. The key question now is not whether NVIDIA is growing, but whether the stock can continue higher after such strong expectations. At $226.70, traders are deciding whether this is the beginning of another breakout or a profit-taking zone.
GUIDANCE MATTERS
The next-quarter revenue outlook of around $108B keeps the bullish story alive. Strong guidance tells investors that AI spending from major technology companies remains powerful. When a company beats expectations and also raises confidence about future growth, buyers often remain active. However, NVIDIA is now operating with extremely high expectations. That means even excellent results may create volatility if traders believe the good news is already priced in. Guidance and future AI demand will therefore remain critical for the next several sessions.
$226.70 IS THE BATTLEFIELD
From the current $226.70 reference price, $230 is +1.46%, $235 is +3.66%, $240 is +5.87%, $245 is +8.09%, $250 is +10.25%, and $260 is +14.69%. An extended move toward $275 would mean about +21.29%. On the downside, $225 is -0.75%, $220 is -2.95%, $215 is -5.16%, $210 is -7.37%, and $200 is -11.78%. These levels give traders a clear map for both momentum and risk.
BULLISH BREAKOUT
If NVDA holds around $225-$227 and breaks $230 with strong volume, buyers could target $235 first and then $240. A successful retest of $230 after the breakout would be stronger confirmation than simply touching $230. Above $240, momentum could accelerate toward $245-$250. If Nasdaq and the semiconductor sector are also rising, the probability of continuation becomes stronger. The best bullish setup is therefore not a sudden spike, but a breakout followed by a stable hold above the breakout area.
EXTENDED UPSIDE
If AI demand remains strong and investors continue rewarding NVIDIA’s growth, $250 could become the next major psychological target. From $226.70 that is approximately +10.25%. Above $250, $260 represents +14.69% and $275 represents +21.29%. These are extended targets rather than guaranteed prices. The higher NVDA moves, the more important valuation, interest rates and future growth expectations become. A strong company can still experience sharp pullbacks during a powerful rally.
PROFIT-TAKING RISK
After a major earnings reaction, investors who bought before the report may decide to secure profits. That does not automatically mean the long-term trend has turned bearish. If NVDA falls toward $220 and buyers defend it, the move could simply be a healthy consolidation. But a sustained break below $220 would weaken the short-term structure and bring $215 into focus. Below $215, $210 becomes the next important support. A deeper risk-off move could eventually test $200, around 11.78% below the current price.
NASDAQ AND AMERICAN STOCKS
NVIDIA is one of the most important stocks for the Nasdaq and the wider American technology market. Strong NVIDIA earnings can lift sentiment across AI, cloud, semiconductors and growth stocks. If NVDA rises while Nasdaq also strengthens, it confirms broad risk appetite rather than an isolated stock move. The S&P 500 can also benefit from stronger technology earnings, while the Dow may react less aggressively because it has a different sector composition. Traders should therefore watch Nasdaq closely after the earnings reaction.
AI AND SEMICONDUCTORS
NVIDIA’s results reinforce the argument that AI investment is still enormous. Its data-center business remains the main growth engine, while its GPUs, networking and software ecosystem keep it central to the AI infrastructure cycle. A continued AI spending boom could benefit companies across the semiconductor chain. However, competition, supply conditions, valuation and future spending normalization remain risks. If NVDA leads higher and other semiconductor names follow, the market is confirming sector-wide strength. If NVDA rallies alone while the sector weakens, caution is needed.
FED, YIELDS AND THE DOLLAR
NVIDIA earnings are arriving while investors are focused on Federal Reserve policy. This creates an important macro risk. A dovish Fed message that pushes Treasury yields lower could support high-growth technology valuations and give NVDA another boost. A hawkish message that sends yields higher could create pressure even after excellent earnings. A weaker dollar and lower yields would generally improve the environment for growth stocks, while higher yields and a stronger dollar could encourage profit-taking. The strongest bullish combination would be strong NVDA earnings, rising Nasdaq and falling yields.
THREE MARKET SCENARIOS
The bullish scenario is NVDA above $230, Nasdaq strong, semiconductor stocks rising and yields controlled. Targets become $235, $240, $245 and $250. The neutral scenario is a sharp initial move followed by consolidation between roughly $220 and $235 while traders digest the earnings. The bearish scenario is a loss of $220 combined with Nasdaq weakness and rising yields. Then $215 and $210 become important downside levels, with $200 as a deeper support zone. This is why traders should react to confirmation instead of assuming that strong earnings guarantee an immediate rally.
MY TRADING STRATEGY
For a bullish trade, I would prefer waiting for NVDA to break $230 and then hold or retest that level successfully. The first targets would be $235 and $240, followed by $245-$250 if momentum remains strong. For risk management, $225 can act as the first warning level, while $220 is the more important short-term support. A confirmed move below $220 would make me more cautious and shift attention toward $215-$210. Traders using leverage should keep position size controlled because earnings can create rapid two-way moves. The first candle is not always the real trend.
FINAL OUTLOOK
My overall view remains bullish on NVIDIA’s fundamentals because $96.2B revenue and 106% year-over-year growth show that AI demand is still producing extraordinary business results. But strong fundamentals do not mean the stock must rise every day. At $226.70, the market now needs to prove that buyers can defend the higher price after the earnings excitement. Above $230, the bullish case strengthens toward $235-$240. Above $240, $250 becomes the next major psychological target, with $260-$275 as an extended scenario. Below $220, the short-term structure becomes weaker and $215-$210 becomes the key risk zone.
The biggest signal is not the earnings headline alone. It is NVDA price action combined with Nasdaq, semiconductor stocks, Treasury yields and overall risk appetite.
My key map is simple:
$230 = first bullish trigger $235 = momentum confirmation $240 = major resistance $250 = psychological target $260-$275 = extended upside $225 = first warning $220 = major support $215-$210 = deeper risk zone $200 = major downside support
NVIDIA has delivered exceptional numbers. Now the market must prove that the stock price can continue to reflect that growth.
