#StrategySharesBreak135ForFirstTimeIn12Weeks Strategy Reclaims $135 as Bitcoin Momentum Returns
Strategy (MSTR) has broken above $135 for the first time in 12 weeks, surging roughly 10% intraday. The move is especially important because Strategy remains one of the most closely watched Bitcoin-linked equities, with the company holding a very large BTC position. Recent reporting also puts MSTR around $137.40, with an intraday range near $124.47–$139.78.
For me, this is more than just another stock-price move. MSTR often acts as a high-beta expression of Bitcoin sentiment, so when BTC strengthens and risk appetite returns, Strategy can move much faster than the underlying asset.
The first thing I am watching now is whether $135 becomes support.
A breakout above a major level is encouraging, but I want confirmation. If MSTR can remain above $135 and buyers continue defending the area, the next levels I would watch are $140, $145, $150 and $160.
From $135 to $150 represents approximately 11.1% upside, while a move from $135 to $160 would be around 18.5%.
If momentum becomes stronger alongside Bitcoin, I would then watch $170 as a higher continuation zone.
The bullish structure for me is:
$135 → $140 → $145 → $150 → $160 → $170
But I am also watching the downside carefully.
The recent intraday range shows that volatility remains high, with MSTR trading as low as roughly $124.47 before recovering.
That tells me buyers are active, but sellers are also capable of producing large moves.
If MSTR falls back below $135 and fails to reclaim it, I would watch $130, followed by $125. A deeper correction could bring $120 into focus.
My defensive structure is:
$135 → $130 → $125 → $120
The connection with Bitcoin is also critical. Strategy's business model and market valuation are closely tied to its Bitcoin treasury strategy, so a sustained BTC rally could provide an additional catalyst for MSTR. Recent company reporting has highlighted the scale of its Bitcoin holdings and unrealized gains.
This is why I would not analyze MSTR completely independently from BTC.
If Bitcoin continues holding its recent recovery levels, I would become more confident in MSTR's upside continuation. If BTC suddenly reverses, MSTR could experience a much sharper reaction because of its higher volatility.
My current view is bullish but cautious.
I like the fact that $135 has been reclaimed after a 12-week period, and the approximately 10% intraday jump shows how quickly momentum can return when buyers become aggressive.
But I do not want to chase a vertical move.
I would rather see a successful retest of $135 and then another push toward $140–$145. If that happens with strong volume, the $150 area becomes much more interesting.
Above $150, I would start watching $160 and $170.
My main focus now is simple:
Can MSTR turn $135 from resistance into support?
If yes, the recovery could have much more room.
If no, the recent breakout could turn into another short-term spike followed by profit-taking.
For me, the most important combination is BTC strength + MSTR holding $135 + strong trading volume. If all three remain positive, I believe the probability of a continuation toward $150–$160 becomes more interesting.
I am bullish on the momentum, but I will remain disciplined around the major levels. I would rather protect capital during a failed breakout than chase the market after a sudden 10% move.
My current roadmap: $135 support → $140 → $145 → $150 → $160, with $170 as an extended bullish level. On the downside, $130 → $125 → $120 are the areas I would monitor if the breakout fails.
Strategy has reclaimed $135.
Now the real test is whether buyers can hold it.
