The Elite Trader Championship is now live with both Futures and CFD lead trading running in parallel.
The structure is built around Firepower Points. Lead traders earn 1 point for every 10,000 USDT in Futures lead volume and 1 point for every 50,000 USDT in CFD lead volume. Additional points come from lead profits, copier performance, and the number of active copiers. Weekly points reset each period while monthly points accumulate over the full 28-day window.
Weekly rewards are fixed at 8,000 USDT and go to the top performers on the Firepower leaderboard. The monthly pool can unlock up to 300,000 USDT and is split 60 percent to the top 30 lead traders and 40 percent to their copiers. Total event rewards are framed around a 500,000 USDT overall pool. Top monthly performers also receive badges, custom trophies, homepage exposure, live-stream features, limited merchandise, and an invitation path to the Gate Annual Gala.
On the copier side the incentives are straightforward. New users with no prior futures copy history can claim a 20 USDT copy bonus (limited daily quantity). There is also first-copy loss protection up to 20 USDT on qualifying trades, and a simple share action unlocks a 15 USDT position voucher. The monthly copier pool is distributed according to the volume copied under the winning lead traders.
I have registered and am treating the event as a structured way to keep lead volume consistent rather than a short-term sprint. The dual Futures and CFD scoring means the strategy can be adjusted according to which market is offering cleaner setups in any given week. The minimum volume thresholds for full reward eligibility are high enough that casual participation will not reach the top ranks, but the weekly fixed prizes and the copier side still leave room for smaller, consistent effort.
The real edge in these competitions usually comes from two places: maintaining a clear risk framework so that large volume does not turn into large drawdowns, and building a track record that attracts genuine copiers rather than short-term volume chasers. The Firepower system rewards both.
