Unitree Technology is becoming one of the most exciting names in the global robotics revolution, and the market is now facing one important question: after an explosive IPO debut and a sharp correction, can the stock build another strong momentum wave? Using 90.5 as our trading reference price, my outlook remains bullish but disciplined. Unitree sits directly inside the rapidly expanding humanoid robotics and physical AI theme, giving it a powerful long-term growth story. However, the best opportunity is not chasing sudden spikes. The key is watching support, waiting for confirmation above resistance, and controlling risk. My overall bias is bullish above support, with the strongest upside setup developing if price reclaims the 97.74–104.07 zone.
Unitree Technology, legally known as Yushu Technology, has established itself as one of China's most recognisable robotics companies. Founded in Hangzhou in 2016, Unitree has gained global attention through its humanoid and quadruped robots, which demonstrate advanced movement, balance, speed and AI capabilities. The company is important because it is not simply developing experimental robots in a laboratory. It has built commercially visible products and has repeatedly demonstrated machines capable of increasingly sophisticated physical tasks. This gives Unitree an interesting position as robotics moves from demonstrations toward real-world commercial applications.
The biggest long-term attraction is the potential size of the physical AI market. Artificial intelligence has already transformed software and digital services, but robotics could become the next major expansion of AI. Humanoid robots are being designed to perform tasks traditionally handled by humans, while quadruped robots can operate in industrial, inspection, security and difficult environments. As AI models become smarter, robots are becoming better at understanding surroundings, processing information and executing physical actions. This combination of intelligence and mobility could eventually transform factories, warehouses, logistics, healthcare, services and consumer applications.
Unitree's global visibility is another major advantage. Its robots have attracted enormous attention through demonstrations involving running, dancing, martial-arts-style movements and other advanced capabilities. These demonstrations show how quickly robotics hardware, sensors, motors, control systems and AI software are improving. As the technology becomes more reliable and affordable, the potential commercial market can expand dramatically. Unitree is positioned directly inside this transformation, which explains why investor interest around the company remains so strong.
The IPO also demonstrated the enormous enthusiasm surrounding robotics. Demand dramatically exceeded available supply, and the stock experienced an extraordinary initial surge. Such a debut creates visibility, liquidity and momentum, but it also creates valuation risk.
When a stock rises extremely quickly, expectations can increase much faster than earnings. Therefore, the subsequent correction should not automatically be interpreted as the end of the long-term story. It can instead become an important period where speculative traders exit while investors reassess the company's genuine growth potential.
The fundamental bull case is based on future expansion. Humanoid and intelligent robotics are still in an early development stage, meaning the eventual addressable market could be far larger than today's market. If robots successfully move into factories, warehouses, logistics networks, healthcare facilities and consumer environments, the revenue opportunity could become enormous. Unitree's engineering capabilities, manufacturing experience, product portfolio and strong global recognition could give it an important advantage as adoption increases.
However, investors must separate a great company from the price of its shares. A powerful growth story can still experience a major correction when expectations become excessive. Revenue growth, production capacity, margins, customer adoption and sustainable profitability will eventually determine whether premium valuations can be maintained. That is why I remain positive on Unitree's long-term potential while treating the short-term trade as high volatility.
Now let's focus on the 90.5 reference price. At this level, price is sitting between an important support structure and the first major resistance zone. The immediate upside hurdle is 97.74. A clean breakout above this level would be the first indication that buyers are regaining control. However, the more important confirmation level is 104.07. If price breaks 104.07 and holds above it instead of producing a temporary spike, momentum could accelerate toward 108.6 and 113.12.
The bullish scenario becomes much stronger if 97.74 turns from resistance into support. That would show that buyers are willing to defend higher prices. From 90.5, the first momentum objective is 97.74. A confirmed breakout through 104.07 would then open the path toward 108.6, 113.12 and eventually 122.18. If trading volume expands and the wider robotics sector remains strong, an aggressive extension toward the 122–135 region becomes possible.
My preferred bullish sequence is simple: hold 90.5, reclaim 97.74, confirm above 104.07, then target 108.6, 113.12 and 122.18. I would prefer confirmation rather than buying aggressively underneath resistance. A strong breakout supported by increasing volume is much more convincing than a sudden intraday spike that immediately reverses.
The downside structure is equally important. The first risk-control level is 87.78, followed by 85.97 and 84.17. These are not predictions that price must fall to those levels. They are important areas for managing risk if the bullish setup begins to weaken. A move below 87.78 would indicate short-term momentum is deteriorating. A break below 85.97 would increase the pressure, while losing 84.17 would provide a much stronger warning that buyers are losing control.
Below those levels, 81.45 becomes an important medium-term support, while 76.92 is the deeper critical level. If price reaches this area, traders need to determine whether the move is simply a larger correction or the beginning of a broader trend reversal. A sustained daily close below 76.92 would significantly weaken the bullish structure and could expose the market to further downside.
For the upside trading plan, TP1 is 99.55, close to the psychological 100 level and therefore a logical first profit-taking area. TP2 is 108.6, where another portion of the position can be secured if momentum remains strong. TP3 is 122.18, which becomes the major extended target after a successful breakout through the 104–113 resistance structure. The 122–135 area should be treated as an aggressive extension rather than a guaranteed target and would require exceptional momentum.
For risk management, my three-stage structure is SL1 at 87.78, SL2 at 85.97 and SL3 at 84.17. These represent different levels of risk control rather than three stops that must all be used simultaneously. SL1 is suitable for a tighter momentum approach, SL2 allows more room for normal volatility, and SL3 represents the final protection for the broader bullish setup. Because Unitree can experience large intraday movements, disciplined position sizing is essential. A trader who uses excessive leverage can be forced out by normal volatility even when the larger trend remains bullish.
Market sentiment is another major variable. Robotics remains one of the strongest long-term technology narratives, and positive developments in humanoid AI, automation, semiconductors and industrial robotics can quickly attract speculative capital. Unitree benefits directly from this environment. At the same time, strong popularity can create crowded trades and violent profit-taking. Therefore, the market must be respected in both directions.
This is why I describe the setup as bullish but confirmation-dependent, not blindly bullish. Above the major support structure, buyers still have an opportunity to rebuild momentum. Above 97.74, the setup becomes more constructive. Above 104.07, the bullish case becomes significantly stronger. Above 113.12, the market could enter a more aggressive momentum phase, with 122.18 becoming the next major objective and 135 acting as an extended upside possibility.
The biggest mistake would be chasing a vertical candle simply because the robotics narrative is exciting. Even strong growth companies can experience brutal corrections after an explosive IPO. A disciplined trader should allow price to approach predetermined levels. If price pulls back toward support and buyers defend it, the risk-to-reward setup can improve. If price breaks resistance with strong volume, waiting for confirmation or a successful retest can provide a cleaner entry.
The longer-term story remains extremely attractive. Humanoid robotics, quadruped robotics, artificial intelligence, automation and China's manufacturing ecosystem together create a powerful structural growth opportunity. If Unitree continues increasing production, expanding commercial applications, improving margins and converting technological leadership into recurring revenue, the long-term opportunity could become significantly larger than short-term price movements suggest.
But valuation discipline remains essential. A great company is not automatically a great buy at every price. Revenue growth needs to translate into sustainable profitability. Robot shipments need to become meaningful commercial deployments. Research and development spending needs to create operating leverage, while production needs to scale without destroying margins. These factors will ultimately determine whether Unitree can maintain premium valuations.
For traders using 90.5 as the reference, my strategy is straightforward. I remain constructive while price holds the major support structure. I want to see 97.74 reclaimed first, followed by a decisive move above 104.07. If both levels are successfully recovered and held, the upside roadmap becomes 108.6 → 113.12 → 122.18, with 135 as a potential extended momentum target if the robotics sector enters another powerful phase.
On the downside, the risk-control roadmap is 87.78 → 85.97 → 84.17, while 81.45 and 76.92 represent deeper structural supports. Losing these levels would progressively weaken the bullish setup and require traders to become more defensive. The goal is not to predict every candle; the goal is to identify where market probability changes and react with discipline.
Final Trading Bias: BULLISH ABOVE SUPPORT.
Reference Price: 90.5
Key Support: 87.78 / 85.97 / 84.17
Major Support: 81.45 / 76.92
Key Resistance: 97.74 / 104.07 / 113.12
TP1: 99.55
TP2: 108.6
TP3: 122.18
Extended Bullish Target: 135
SL1: 87.78
SL2: 85.97
SL3: 84.17
My final view is positive: Unitree remains one of the most exciting robotics stories to watch, and the current volatility can create opportunities for traders who have a clear plan. The key message is simple: do not chase the excitement — trade the confirmation. If 97.74 breaks, 104.07 holds, and volume supports the move, Unitree could enter another important momentum phase. If buyers defend the support structure, the risk-to-reward picture becomes increasingly attractive. The robotics revolution is still developing, and Unitree is positioned directly inside one of the most important technology transformations of this decade.
