My view: SNDK currently appears to be more of a high-risk dip-buying opportunity than a clear opportunity.

The bullish scenario is still very realistic: SanDisk reported $8.97 billion in revenue in Q4 (+51% quarter-on-quarter), projected fiscal year 2026 revenue of $20.25 billion (+175% year-on-year), and projected Q1 2027 revenue of $10.3-$10.8 billion. They also say data center demand is accelerating and they have multi-year deals covering more than 50% of fiscal year 2027 bits.

However, the risk/reward ratio is unclear after the big rally. SNDK is still highly volatile, and the recent sell-off was linked to weakness in memory stocks and concerns about Apple potentially sourcing more memory from Chinese suppliers.

My framing:

* 🟢 Bullish: AI/data center SSD demand + tight NAND supply + strong pricing.

* 🟡 Neutral: Fundamental indicators remain excellent, but expectations and valuation are also extremely high.

* 🔴 Bearish: NAND is cyclical; if prices fall or AI/storage costs disappoint, the multiplier could drop sharply.

Therefore, I wouldn't chase the initial 9% drop. For a long-term investor, I'd rather invest gradually after stabilization than see a single red day as proof that SNDK is cheap.

In conclusion: The business thesis remains unchanged; the risk of the stock hasn't disappeared either. This is a "buy cautiously on the dip" setup, not a "pull back the truck" setup.
