#BTCBreaks80k

$BTC
$BTC is back above $80,000, and this breakout is becoming one of the most important short-term moments for the market.

Current price: around $80,300
24H move: +4.5%
Today’s range: $78,722 – $81,220
7D performance: around +25%
Market sentiment: Bullish but highly overheated

BTC has now moved from around $62.9K just one week ago to above $80K, which means the market has gained roughly 27% from that recent low. The speed of this recovery is impressive, but it also means traders should expect sharp volatility and profit-taking around major resistance levels.

My Thoughts

For me, $80K is more than just a psychological number. It is now the main battlefield between buyers and sellers. BTC has already proven that buyers are willing to defend higher prices, but the next question is whether bulls can turn $80K into strong support.

I am bullish while BTC remains above $79K–$80K. The stronger confirmation will come if BTC can hold above $81K–$82K and continue building higher lows. If that happens, I would expect the next momentum targets to appear around $84K, $86.5K and $88K–$90K.

The bullish scenario becomes much stronger above $86.5K. A clean break and sustained hold above $90K could open the next psychological zone around $92K–$95K.

My Trading Plan

I would avoid putting the full position into the market after a +4% daily move. My preferred strategy is to scale entries instead of chasing.

Entry Zone 1: $79K–$80K if BTC retests and holds support.

Entry Zone 2: $77K–$78K if the breakout produces a deeper but controlled pullback.

Breakout Entry: $81K–$82K after confirmation and a successful retest.

Risk Zone: Below $75K, I would become much more defensive and reduce exposure.

If BTC holds $80K and breaks $82K with strong momentum, I would stay with the bullish setup rather than taking everything off immediately. If BTC reaches $84K, I would consider taking partial profit. Around $86.5K, I would secure more profit, while $88K–$90K would be a major profit-taking area.

My Targets

$82K → breakout confirmation
$84K → first target
$86.5K → major resistance
$88K–$90K → strong bullish target zone
$92K–$95K → extended target if momentum accelerates

If BTC fails to hold $80K, I would watch $79K first. A break below $77K could bring $75K into focus. If $75K also fails, the next important support would be around $72.5K–$73K.

My Bearish Scenario

The market is strongly bullish right now, but I am keeping the bearish scenario open because the rally has become extremely fast. A rejection from $81K–$84K followed by lower highs could trigger profit-taking. Below $77K, short-term momentum would weaken, and below $75K the bullish structure would face a much more serious test.

I would rather wait for a better setup than open a high-risk trade simply because BTC is moving upward.

My Recent Trade

I traded with only $10, and the move gave me approximately $4–$5 profit. That is around a 40%–50% return on the amount used. For me, the important part is not the size of the trade but the discipline behind it.

A small position with controlled risk can still produce a meaningful percentage return. I would rather protect a $4–$5 profit than become greedy and give it back during a sudden BTC pullback.

My Opinion

I remain bullish for the coming days as long as BTC continues holding the $79K–$80K area. The market has strong momentum, and the next major upside battle is $82K–$84K. Above $84K, $86.5K becomes increasingly important, while a successful move through $86.5K could push BTC toward $88K–$90K.

At the same time, I expect volatility to remain high. After a roughly 25% weekly move, a 3%–6% pullback would be completely normal and would not automatically mean the bullish trend is finished.

For me, the best setup is confirmation rather than emotion: hold $80K, reclaim $82K, break $84K, and then target $86.5K → $88K–$90K. If BTC instead loses $77K, I would slow down and wait for $75K or lower support.

The market is bullish, but the higher BTC goes, the more important risk management becomes. I am protecting the profit already made, taking partial profits into resistance, and keeping capital ready for the next pullback.

$80K is no longer just a number. The real question is whether BTC can turn $80K into support and use it as the foundation for the next move toward $90K and beyond.
