BTC & ETH Rebound Trade Ideas

Bitcoin has staged a powerful rebound, with BTC recently trading around the $77K–$78K area after a weekly surge of more than 20%. Ethereum has also participated in the broader crypto recovery.

The key question now is whether this is the beginning of a sustained trend reversal or simply a sharp relief rally.

BTC setup: Watch the $75K area as an important psychological zone. If BTC holds above support after a pullback and buyers return with strong volume, another move toward the recent $79K–$80K region could develop. A clean breakout above the recent high would strengthen the bullish case.

ETH setup: ETH traders should watch whether Ethereum can maintain higher lows while BTC remains strong. A successful breakout of nearby resistance could open the door for another momentum leg, while losing key support would weaken the rebound setup.

Trade approach:
• Avoid chasing large green candles.
• Wait for a pullback and confirmation.
• Use smaller position sizes during high volatility.
• Place invalidation levels before entering.
• Consider taking partial profits at resistance.

The recent rally has been supported by stronger liquidity expectations, ETF inflows and a weaker dollar, but the speed of the move also increases the risk of profit-taking and sharp pullbacks.

BTC + ETH = Watch the pullback, confirm the support, then follow the trend.

Not financial advice. Trade with a plan and manage risk.

Every rebound has people calling for a reversal, but I think it’s safer to keep treating them as rebounds. If BTC holds 75K, you can try going long; if it breaks, cut your losses. As for ETH, we’ll see whether it can hold its low. Either way, set an invalidation level—don’t trade without one.

Agreed—don’t chase after a big bullish candle; wait for a pullback.

I missed this rebound and don’t want to chase it now. I’ll wait for a pullback confirmation before entering the second wave. Better to earn less than suffer a big loss.

Liquidity expectations and ETF inflows are indeed genuine positives, but the short-term rally has been too sharp, and profit-taking could trigger a sell-off at any time. Position sizing is more important than direction.

The plan is clear: wait for a pullback first.
