We are pleased to announce that the Reporting feature is now active in Gate Community!
This function allows every member to report content or users considered to be violating community rules, such as:
· Unauthorized advertisements / spam
· Scams or suspicious links
· Offensive content, hate speech, or pornography
· Copyright infringement / plagiarism
· Impersonation
How to Report
📱 Report a Post
Open the post → tap the […] icon in the upper-right corner → select Report → specify the reason → submit.
👤 Report a User
Open the user's profile → tap […] → select Report → choose the reason → submit.
Important Things to Know
✅ Reports are anonymous – the reporter will not be visible to the reported party.
✅ The review process usually takes a maximum of 3 business days.
✅ The review results will be sent via a private message from the system.
✅ Submitted reports cannot be canceled – make sure your information is accurate.
✅ Misuse of the reporting feature (e.g., false reports) may result in restricted access to the feature.
Prerequisite
Make sure your Gate app has been updated to version v8.33.0 or later to use this feature.
