$BTC Chinese developer created a real processor on BNB Chain
He assembled the 4-bit on-chain Behemoth processor, which operates entirely inside the blockchain. According to the developer, this is the first project of its kind in history.
One internal protocol token serves as a single transistor, while the entire processor consists of 2251 components based on NAND logic gates and flip-flops. Its architecture is comparable to the Intel 4004, released in 1971.
The processor has already successfully calculated the Fibonacci sequence.
Behemoth operates synchronously with BNB Chain blocks, so its frequency is just ~2.22 Hz. The creator jokes that it may be the slowest CPU in the universe, but at least no one can shut it down simply by pulling the plug.
