SNDK: THE RECOVERY IS REAL — BUT THIS IS NOT A PRICE TO CHASE BLINDLY
$SNDK
SanDisk has completely changed the tone of its chart. After collapsing from above $2,300 to the $900s, SNDK has delivered a powerful reversal and recently closed around $1,641, with the latest rally supported by a much stronger fundamental story around AI infrastructure and NAND demand.
The latest catalyst is important. At its Investor Day, SanDisk projected mid-to-high-teens annual revenue growth for fiscal 2028–2030, alongside ambitious margin targets and stronger visibility from multi-year customer agreements. The company also highlighted growing AI-related storage demand and its high-bandwidth flash strategy.
That explains why the recent move has been so aggressive.
But after such a sharp recovery, I am more interested in what happens next than in chasing the move.
MY CURRENT SNDK MAP
Immediate resistance: $1,670–$1,680
A clean daily breakout and hold above this zone would strengthen the continuation setup.
Target 1: $1,750–$1,800
This is my first major upside area where I would expect profit-taking.
Target 2: $1,930–$1,950
This is a much heavier historical supply zone.
Target 3: $2,000+
A psychological breakout above $2,000 could reopen the path toward the previous high zone, but I would treat this as an aggressive scenario rather than a guaranteed target.
On the downside, I am watching $1,600–$1,630 as the first area where buyers need to show strength.
Below that, $1,550–$1,575 becomes the critical support zone. If price loses this area decisively, the recent breakout structure starts weakening and I would become much more defensive.
HOW I WOULD TRADE IT
I would not FOMO into a vertical candle.
My preferred setup would be a controlled pullback toward $1,600–$1,630, followed by evidence that buyers are defending the level.
An alternative momentum entry would be a confirmed breakout above $1,680, but only if price can hold the breakout instead of immediately falling back below resistance.
For a continuation trade, my roadmap would be:
Entry zone: $1,600–$1,630
Breakout trigger: $1,680+
TP1: $1,750–$1,800
TP2: $1,930–$1,950
Aggressive TP3: $2,000+
Risk control matters more than the target.
A sustained move below $1,550 would make me question the bullish continuation thesis, while a deeper break toward $1,420–$1,450 would indicate that momentum has weakened considerably.
WHY I’M STILL WATCHING SNDK
This rally isn't happening in isolation. Memory stocks have been moving together, while AI infrastructure demand remains a major driver for the sector. SanDisk's recent strategic outlook and long-term customer agreements have given investors additional reasons to reassess the company’s growth potential.
However, the chart has already moved extremely fast.
That means bullish does not mean risk-free.
After a huge rally, profit-taking can be violent, especially when traders who bought much lower begin locking in gains. The best opportunity may therefore come from patience rather than chasing momentum.
MY FINAL VIEW
Bias: Cautiously bullish above $1,550.
Above $1,680, momentum could accelerate toward $1,800 and potentially $1,950–$2,000.
Below $1,550, I would step back and wait for a new structure.
For me, the trade is not about predicting the exact top.
It is about letting the chart prove strength, entering with controlled risk, taking profits progressively, and never allowing one volatile position to damage the entire portfolio.
SNDK has momentum.
SNDK has a stronger fundamental narrative.
But after this explosive recovery, discipline is still the edge.
Personal market view only, not financial advice. Tokenized/RWA products may have additional platform-specific risks and pricing differences.
