$LAB

#LAB
Qixi market move | LAB/USDT setup
LAB is trading around $0.1177 as the market approaches an important decision zone. The latest Gate market data shows LAB/USDT has recently traded between approximately $0.1076 and $0.1222, putting the current price closer to the upper half of that range.
Market snapshot
Asset: LAB/USDT
Current Price: $0.1177
24H Range: $0.1076 – $0.1222
Market Structure: High-volatility recovery attempt
Near-term Bias: Cautiously bullish above support
LAB has been trying to stabilize after a sharp period of weakness. Recent market data shows the token remains under significant pressure on a weekly basis, with TradingView data indicating roughly a 19% seven-day decline, while the current price is attempting to build a base around the $0.11–$0.12 area.
My setup
Direction: Long — confirmation based
Entry Zone: $0.1140–$0.1180
Primary Support: $0.1100–$0.1140
Major Support: $0.1075
First Resistance: $0.1220–$0.1230
Next Resistance: $0.1280–$0.1300
Upside Target: $0.1350–$0.1420
Risk Level: High
The setup becomes more attractive if LAB holds the $0.1140 area and buyers continue defending the lower part of the current range. A clean move through $0.1220–$0.1230 with stronger volume would provide better confirmation that momentum is shifting toward the buyers.
Technical picture
The short-term chart is still not fully bullish. LAB remains below several broader trend reference levels, and recent technical readings have leaned bearish. TradingView currently shows a Sell technical signal on the daily timeframe, while the weekly and monthly views remain weak as well.
That makes chasing a sudden green candle less attractive. For a long setup, I would rather see price reclaim resistance, hold the breakout and then convert that former resistance into support.
The key technical sequence is therefore $0.1177 → $0.1220 → $0.1280 → $0.1350. If buyers cannot reclaim $0.1220, the market can remain trapped inside the current range.
One major catalyst is approaching
There is also a significant supply event on the calendar. Data tracking LAB’s tokenomics indicates an approximately 282 million LAB token unlock beginning August 14, which could create additional supply pressure relative to the available circulating float.
This makes risk management especially important around the current setup. Even if technical momentum improves, a large scheduled supply event can change market structure quickly.
The upcoming early-user token claim is also scheduled for August 14 at 1:00 AM UTC, adding another near-term event that traders may monitor for volatility and sentiment changes.
My trading strategy
I would not treat $0.1177 as a guaranteed breakout entry. The better approach is to watch how LAB behaves around $0.1140–$0.1180 and whether buyers can push price through $0.1220 with confirmation.
If $0.1140 holds and $0.1220 breaks decisively, the recovery structure can strengthen toward $0.1280–$0.1300, followed by the $0.1350–$0.1420 region.
If $0.1100 fails, the bullish setup becomes considerably weaker. A breakdown through the recent $0.1076 low would signal that sellers are regaining control and that patience is preferable to forcing a trade.
Qixi trading view
For me, the interesting part of LAB right now is the combination of a compressed price range, an attempted recovery and a major upcoming supply event. That creates opportunity, but it also increases the importance of confirmation.
At $0.1177, I see LAB sitting between support and resistance rather than in a fully confirmed breakout. My preference is therefore confirmation over prediction: protect the downside, respect the $0.1075–$0.1100 support area, and only become more aggressive if buyers prove they can reclaim $0.1220 with sustained momentum.
