Four US states have introduced bills to create a BTC reserve



A bill has been introduced in New Mexico that provides for investing 5% of the state fund in BTC.

In Missouri, a deputy introduced a bill to create a strategic BTC reserve, which will be managed by the state treasurer. It is scheduled to come into force on August 28.

Similar bills have also been introduced in the states of Iowa and Kentucky. The latter is considering the possibility of investing up to 10% of state funds in cryptocurrency.

According to experts, such measures are being actively discussed in 22 states. At the same time, in Utah, a bill to create a BTC reserve has already passed a vote in the House of Representatives. Now the document will be considered by the Senate.
