On November 15th, Jinshi Data reported that Musk accused Sam Altman and his company OpenAI of trying to monopolize the generative AI market and sacrificing safety in competition. In the revised complaint, Musk pointed out that OpenAI has now abandoned its guise as a charitable organization and is no longer focused on openness and safety, but is eager to complete the restructuring within two years. Musk's lawyers wrote in the revised complaint, submitted to the Oakland Federal Court in California on Thursday evening, that 'Microsoft and OpenAI are obviously dissatisfied with their monopoly or near-monopoly position in the generative AI field, and are now actively seeking to eliminate these competitors by requesting investors not to fund competitors such as xAI.'
