A trader entered a position near LIT’s bottom and has now achieved returns of over 10x.
TradingBeats monitoring shows that the address starting with 0xbf34 currently holds a 151,515 LIT long position, worth approximately $588.6k, with an average entry price of $1.2643 and unrealized gains of approximately $397k. Based on 5x leverage, the return is approximately 1036%.
Interestingly, it did not get the trade right from the start. On January 31, it briefly attempted to go long, but eventually closed the position at $1.37, losing approximately $17.9k.
The real turning point came two months later. On April 1, it re-entered at an average price of $0.858—only about 10% above the March 31 low of $0.78, nearly catching the bottom. This round of accumulation has captured an approximately 352% rise in LIT to date.
It then steadily increased its position: adding 27,891 LIT at $1.0756 on April 8; buying more when the price recovered to $1.543 on June 3, expanding the position to 151,515 LIT, and holding it ever since.
The key to this strategy was not actually “catching the bottom,” but two things: after taking a loss, it did not chase the trade out of frustration, instead waiting a full two months; after entering the position, it kept adding and held steady without exiting midway through the 352% gain.
Admit the mistake first, then wait, and finally hold on. These three steps are worth more than luck.
