PANews July 28, 2024, according to The Block, Nansen on-chain data platform CEO Alex Svanevik said it is expected that within about two years, the number of AI trading agents will exceed human traders. Nansen is shifting its product from a pure analytics tool to being “tradeable directly,” and is rebuilding the platform around the concept of “using agents to trade every asset on-chain.” The feature has already achieved more than $500 million in trading volume to date. Svanevik said that among the top 15 perpetual contracts by trading volume on Nansen, about 10 are non-crypto assets, including SpaceX, the S&P 500 index, gold, and crude oil. After completing backtesting and paper trading, Nansen plans to roll out trading agents with higher autonomy to reduce inference costs and manage the risk of input being poisoned.
