Core Scientific and AMD reach a leasing agreement on infrastructure
PANews July 28 report: According to Jinshi, Core Scientific and AMD announced they have reached a leasing agreement on infrastructure. AMD will receive warrants to subscribe to Core Scientific stock at market price. Through the cooperation, AMD will gain more than 500 megawatts of U.S. computing power, and in the related deal it has the ability to expand the computing power scale to 2.5 gigawatts.
