UK AI property aggregator Dwelly completes $170 million in funding

PANews July 28, according to Bloomberg, UK AI property integration firm Dwelly completed $170 million in financing to acquire more property rental service companies and apply AI technology to its operations.

This round of financing was led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, including $95 million in equity funding and a $75 million debt facility provided by Trinity Capital. Dwelly did not disclose its valuation.

Founded in 2023, Dwelly has acquired 17 companies in the UK and provides AI software services for maintenance, contracts, and other processes for about 15k homes. Its existing investors also include S16VC, Begin Capital, and KKR Europe co-head of private equity Philipp Freise (investing in a personal capacity).
