Ark Invest Tracker: Nvidia’s per-capita revenue reached $6 million for top users, about 3 times that of Broadcom
PANews July 28, citing chart data from Ark Invest Tracker, Nvidia generates about $6 million in revenue per employee, the highest among the chip companies listed, at roughly 3 times that of Broadcom.
By contrast, the combined number of employees at SK Hynix, Micron, and Samsung is close to 10 times Nvidia’s, but their per-capita revenue is about $900k to $1.4 million. The post notes that memory chip manufacturing has higher capital and labor input characteristics. Ark Investment founder Cathie Wood believes AI is one of the most profound drivers of productivity gains since the internet.
