Yesterday, BTC’s roller-coaster market action really tossed people around enough! Starting from early yesterday morning, it first surged upward and climbed to around 65,700. After hitting the top, sell orders piled up overhead and smashed the market; the price couldn’t withstand the pressure and turned down directly. The decline continued step by step, probing lower all the way to the low at 64,370. This level was also the starting point for the morning’s accelerated stretch. After reaching that drop zone, funds moved in to take over, and the market gradually warmed up and bounced back. In the late session, it stabilized and closed around 64,900. For the current market, the price keeps oscillating back and forth and tugging repeatedly; Lin Tao recommends that future operations should still focus on short-term trades. Do everything with limits, advance and retreat with basis, don’t cross the line—then you can maintain long-term stability.
During the daytime, you could consider going long at 64,500, but the market wasn’t very cooperative and never gave us a good entry point. Only when the evening saw the price fall back to around 64,500 did the opportunity finally show up for us. The chance was already delivered right in front of our faces—so we followed suit and laid out long orders around 65,400. Friends who followed Lin Tao’s thinking should continue holding for the upside. The first target is to look at around 66,000, and then for a breakout.
At present, the chart has formed a rebound and repair; in the evening, BTC tested the 64,500 support level downward. After several probes, it still failed to effectively break below. All the attempts by the bears to break down have failed across the board. This pullback is merely buildup and washing power during an up-move, not a sign that the trend is weakening.
From the four-hour cycle, after the price corrected, it steadied and firmly held the key support of the mid-band. Multiple dips were met each time with buy-side follow-through. The underlying base support is very solid; the fact that the pullback is blocked is exactly evidence that the bulls’ defense is firm. The bears’ dumping momentum has already exhausted; the short-term downside room has been completely locked. Going forward, confidently build long positions at low levels while relying on support. The key is to closely watch whether the 64,500 support holds. As long as support doesn’t break, a new round of rally can start at any time.
