People often DM me, hoping I can help them with growth advice, but there’s an important issue: the person giving feedback usually doesn’t fully understand someone’s background, experience, resources, abilities, environment, and true goals. So what you see in the feedback and content is mostly just framework-level direction, stage-based suggestions, and lessons from individual cases—and it may even reflect the speaker’s own stance, interests, or agenda. Truly effective growth advice isn’t copying someone else’s answers; it’s based on a person’s real starting point, finding the best path that belongs to them.
