AIMPACT message, April 28 (UTC+8): Accenture has deployed Microsoft 365 Copilot to about 743k employees—currently the largest known enterprise-level Copilot rollout. Based on a 2025 survey of 200k users, 97% of employees said that after using Copilot, the speed of completing routine tasks increased by 15 times, and 53% reported that productivity and efficiency improved significantly. Accenture CIO Tony Leraris described Copilot as a “personal digital colleague.” The deployment began after Microsoft launched Copilot in August 2023, gradually expanding from pilots with hundreds of executives to 20k people, and ultimately covering all staff. The company optimized its data strategy, governance, and access controls, and adopted a customized change management program. The data shows that among users of about 200k licenses, the monthly active usage rate reached 89%, and 84% of users said they would “miss it a lot” if they lost Copilot. In the marketing department, Copilot helps address issues with information consistency and simplifies collaboration. (Source: InFoQ)
