Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 27, according to CoinDesk, Lido has launched its largest upgrade since V2, planning to integrate more than 8 million staked ETH, worth about $16.5 billion, into the new validator architecture following the Ethereum Pectra upgrade.

The official said this move is expected to reduce the total number of validators across the network by about one-third and compress proof messages in each cycle by approximately 29%, thereby lowering the load on Ethereum’s consensus layer and improving the efficiency of the back-end network. Meanwhile, Lido will also migrate its selected module node operators to CMv2, introducing an ETH margin mechanism for the first time to strengthen the economic constraints on node operation.
