My take on $AVAX 🧠
From the Daily down to the 4H timeframe, $AVAX is beginning to show signs of bullish strength.
The market has printed a Market Structure Shift (MSS) from the lows, while previously identified order blocks have been mitigated. This suggests that buyers may be gradually gaining control.
My analysis is built around three key concepts:
1. Market Structure Shift (MSS)
Identifying when price begins to shift away from the previous bearish structure.
2. Inducement Liquidity (IDM)
Tracking the liquidity that attracts early entries and becomes a potential target for a sweep.
3. Point of Interest (POI)
In this case, the marked order block, which could provide the area for a potential reaction.
For $AVAX, I'm currently not chasing the move higher.
My plan is to wait for the inducement liquidity to fully form and potentially get taken, followed by a retracement into the marked POI/order block.
If price respects that zone and gives the confirmation I’m looking for, I’ll be interested in a move to the upside, with the 7.00+ region and eventually the 7.55 area acting as potential targets.
The key here is patience.
I’m not buying the middle of the range. I’m waiting for liquidity to be taken, price to return to my POI, and structure to confirm the setup.
Invalidation remains below the marked demand/order-block area.
Not financial advice. This is simply my technical analysis and trade plan.
