ME News, July 27 (UTC+8): Rajiv Patel-O'Connor posted on X that Hyperliquid testnet has observed a new feature called stars. This feature allows deployers to create DEXs that trade only with HIP-3 address whitelisting authorization. The current testnet whitelist limit is 10k addresses. Addresses not on the whitelist can only submit reduce-only orders or fund the account. (Source: ODAILY)
