CITIC Construction Investment: Major CPU companies’ financial reports look impressive, continuing to recommend the AI industry chain
ME AI news: A research report from CICC (China International Capital Corporation) said that Intel released its 2Q26 financial results. The quarter’s revenue growth hit the highest level in more than 15 years. Strong demand from hyperscalers and enterprise customers drove the data center and AI business to become the main growth engine. Intel expects to further increase capital expenditures to meet the strong CPU demand driven by downstream compute investment.
At AMD’s conference, it raised its mid-to-long-term TAM. The production ramp-up schedule for new products has accelerated, and CPU market conditions have continued to stay favorable. SK Group and NVIDIA reached a $500 billion cooperation agreement to develop next-generation AI memory solutions and provide long-term contracted deliveries, improving the certainty of upstream capacity expansion.
The continued strength across the AI hardware supply chain is ultimately reflected in ongoing model iteration and application deployment. We remain optimistic about areas including GPUs, CPUs, storage, high-speed networking, and compute rental services. (Source: THT)
