$ETH Market overview / outlook: ETH (2026-7-27) — morning
Ethereum fully mirrors BTC’s moves, but the trend is weaker than Bitcoin. The current price is around 1865. On the hourly chart, long momentum continues to decay, and there isn’t sufficient independent upside momentum.
Above, there are double pressures at 1890 and 1910, and the key strong resistance at 1950 is unlikely to break through in one go. Below, short-term support is 1830, with the medium-term defense level at 1780.
In the short term, it’s difficult to see an independent trend. Follow BTC for timing and execute in sync. If price is under pressure at higher levels, you can take a brief short; if it stabilizes at lower levels, consider a small long position. Don’t blindly bottom-fish betting on a big rally.
This week, focus on waiting for the Federal Reserve’s decision. If liquidity expectations ease, ETH will have a chance to start a catch-up repair rally. For now, staying range-bound is the main focus.
Trading strategy:
If it rebounds to 1930, consider a light short. If it pulls back to 1905, consider switching to long/short?
