MSX founder says he intends to acquire exchange BitMart and plans to cancel spot and futures trading fees

PANews July 26, 2026, in response to the exchange BitMart’s announcement that, starting July 26, 2026, it will gradually stop registration, deposits, and new trading, and will officially shut down by the end of January 2027. MSX founder Bruce J posted on X, saying he intends to acquire it and that he has already contacted the BitMart team. Bruce J said that if he acquires BitMart, first he will complete the transfer formalities; second, he will cut all fees for spot (coin-to-coin) trading and contract trading to 0. Bruce J believes that crypto exchange fees are too high.

Previously, BitMart announced that it would gradually stop operations.
