Nothing Has Changed — And That’s Exactly Why I’m Not Changing Anything
It’s Sunday again, and Bitcoin is still sitting around 64K. I’ve stared at this same range for weeks now. The candles move, the volume shifts, people get excited or scared for a day, and then we end up right back inside the box.
My view hasn’t moved either.
The Levels That Still Matter
The 69K–72K zone remains the resistance area I’m watching most closely. That is where my limit orders for additional shorts are sitting. If price rallies into that region with the current structure intact, I plan to add. I’m not hoping for it. I’m simply prepared for it.
On the other side, the area below 54K is still where I want to buy spot. That is the zone where the risk-to-reward finally feels acceptable for long-term accumulation. Until we get there, I’m not forcing new long exposure.
Right now price is in the middle of the range. For me, that is the worst place to be aggressive. The middle offers poor risk-reward whether you’re trying to long or short. I’d rather wait for price to come to my levels than chase something that doesn’t yet favor me.
Why I’m Comfortable Doing Nothing
There’s a particular pressure that comes with posting market views every week. The expectation is that you should always have a new take, a fresh angle, a reason to be active. I’ve learned to resist that pressure.
When the higher-timeframe structure hasn’t changed, forcing a new opinion usually means I’m reacting to noise. The 1W chart still shows the same range. The same EMAs are still in play. Until Bitcoin either breaks the resistance zone cleanly or loses the lower support with conviction, my strategy stays exactly where it was.
I’m still waiting. If the market structure actually changes, I’ll update the view the same day. Until then, patience is the position.
The Honest Part
I don’t enjoy sitting in the middle of a range. It feels unproductive. But most of the money I’ve lost in the past came from deciding that “this time” the middle of the range was different. It rarely is.
So I’m doing the boring thing. I’m waiting for the market to reach the prices where the math makes sense for me again. Everything else is just movement inside a box.
This is my personal view based on the current weekly structure. It is not financial advice. Manage your own risk and make your own decisions.
