US Gasoline $4.10 Per Gallon ✨

Today's sell-off didn't change the physical market.
🔹 Oil fell due to profit-taking and US-Iran diplomacy rhetoric
🔹 No ceasefire reached, Strait of Hormuz severely disrupted, threat continues on the Red Sea side
🔹 Today's movement stemmed from headlines, not barrels
🔹 Physical crude oil remains extremely tight
🔹 Key indicators are trading at unusually strong premiums as refineries race for available supply, transportation costs and insurance remain high
🔹 The biggest divergence was seen in the Murban market with a drop of approximately 10 percent. Futures experienced aggressive selling as Middle East supply remains under pressure
🔹 The physical market is still signaling scarcity
🔹 Today's correction wiped out the speculative premium. Strait of Hormuz not reopened, the war not over, and disrupted exports not recovering
🔹 The market sold off optimism; the physical oil market continues to price in reality
