Decision Desk HQ predicts Democrats have a 59% chance of winning the House and will likely secure the majority with a seat advantage of 224 to 211.

The GOP’s advantage in House seats is at its lowest level in history, with low presidential approval and growing voter frustration over the cost of living and a protracted Iran war. The race is currently in its final sprint.
As the Iran war disrupts energy markets, gas prices have risen to above $4 per gallon, inflation remains stubbornly high, and interest rates are held at elevated levels.
Polling cited by Democrats shows voters now trust Democrats more on issues such as inflation, healthcare, and even immigration. Immigration has long been seen as a GOP strong point.
House Democratic leader Jeffries announced last week a “affordability” campaign focused on food, gas, housing, and healthcare, and said: “Trump and the Republicans have let down the American people.”
