The truly comfortable part this time isn’t that it dropped as hard as it did, but that after entering, it didn’t shake you out with a fake rebound. During the repeated intraday fluctuations, $LTC kept watching it and saw it pulling back again and again, but every time it got close to the upper area, it was pushed back down. With trading volume on the low side, the buy side never formed continuous momentum—I knew it wasn’t showing real backbone.

When the price came to the 53.67 area, I followed my plan and went long, looking at the lack of rebound strength and the suppression overhead, not gambling on direction based on vibes. Later, LTC fell to 46.4, and my current short position profit stands at +962.46%. This bite of meat was extremely smooth.

Now I’ll take 80% off the table first, and keep the remaining 20% to continue observing. The protective level has already moved near my cost basis. If it can still drop, let the profit run on its own. If a rebound happens, don’t stubbornly fight it—keep the position a bit lighter, and your mindset won’t get dragged around by a single wave.

Don’t grind away your patience in a range-bound market, and then also try to regain respect by gambling in a one-direction move. If you’ve already missed a position, don’t chase it hard. Wait for the next set of signals—moving then is right. Being flat isn’t a crime; opening trades at random is the mistake.
