CLARITY adds self-custody token protection terms to prevent funds from being classified as lost assets due to on-chain inactivity

ME News, July 26 (UTC+8). Galaxy Research head posted on the X platform saying many people are overlooking an important addition in CLARITY: self-custody tokens can be protected and will not be deemed “lost” under the unclaimed property law due to on-chain inactivity or dormancy, and federal law will take precedence over state law. He also said that Noah Doe wouldn’t want to see this. (Source: ODAILY)
