The latest U.S. Senate draft of the Clarity Act includes bounty incentive provisions for white-hat hackers and black-hat hackers

PANews July 25日消息, according to Bitcoin News, the latest Senate draft of the Clarity Act includes provisions that encourage white-hat hackers to responsibly disclose cybersecurity vulnerabilities. It would authorize rewards for individuals who identify and report security vulnerabilities, in order to strengthen protection of digital asset infrastructure before the vulnerabilities are maliciously exploited. The provision adopts the views of former CFTC Chairman J. Christopher Giancarlo, who has long advocated for digital asset innovation and market resilience.
