#SummerCreationCamp

The cryptocurrency market enters the final week of July 2026 at a critical turning point. Bitcoin is trading between $63,000 and $65,000, remaining roughly half of its October 2025 all-time high near $126,000. Ethereum is holding close to $1,750, while Solana is trading around $74.
At the same time, global macro conditions remain highly influential. Brent crude has moved above $100 per barrel, gold has climbed to approximately $4,070, and attention is firmly focused on the July 29 FOMC meeting. According to CME FedWatch, the implied probability of a rate hike has increased from 12.8% a week earlier to 37.9%, making monetary policy one of the key drivers for digital assets.
BITCOIN TECHNICAL OUTLOOK
Bitcoin continues to consolidate after experiencing its weakest monthly performance in more than a year during June. July has delivered a modest recovery, but buyers and sellers remain locked within a well-defined range.
The primary support zone is located between $60,000 and $62,000, where demand previously returned to the market. Immediate resistance remains concentrated between $67,000 and $68,000, representing an important technical barrier.
The 50-day SMA continues to trade below $65,000, while the 200-day SMA remains near $72,000. Bitcoin is therefore still trading below both major moving averages, indicating that the broader trend has yet to fully recover.
Momentum indicators reflect a balanced market. The daily RSI is close to 54, suggesting neutral conditions, while the MACD has flattened after an earlier bullish crossover, indicating that momentum has stabilized rather than accelerated.
ETHEREUM CONTINUES TO SHOW RELATIVE STRENGTH
Ethereum has performed more consistently than Bitcoin during recent weeks.
Gate's weekly market report for July 13–19 highlighted ETH's relative strength following softer U.S. CPI and PPI data, which reduced expectations for additional monetary tightening.
Key support remains around $1,600, while resistance is positioned between $1,900 and $2,000. On the 4-hour timeframe, ETH's RSI is near 45, leaving room for additional upside if broader market conditions remain supportive.
Steady on-chain activity and continued Layer 2 adoption also provide Ethereum with strong fundamental support compared with many alternative cryptocurrencies.
SOLANA REMAINS A HIGHER-RISK OPPORTUNITY
Solana continues to trade within a more challenging technical structure.
At approximately $74, SOL has struggled to reclaim the important $80 resistance level. Its RSI is near 37, placing the asset close to an area often associated with improving buying interest.
CoinCodex projects an average July 2026 price near $89, suggesting upside potential if overall market sentiment improves.
Important support levels are identified near $75.52, $76.31, and $77.09, while resistance appears around $78.66, $79.45, and $80.23.
Both the 200-day SMA near $83 and the 50-day SMA around $84.48 remain above the current market price, highlighting the need for stronger bullish momentum before the longer-term trend improves.
ALTCOIN MARKET REMAINS SELECTIVE
The broader altcoin market continues to reflect Bitcoin's cautious trading environment.
Among AI-focused projects, TAO trades between $215 and $260, FET remains near $0.19, RENDER trades around $1.61–$1.68, while NEAR fluctuates between $2.04 and $2.50.
Each project represents a different approach to AI and blockchain development, yet overall performance continues to depend largely on improving macroeconomic conditions and stronger market confidence.
TRADING STRATEGY FOR THE WEEK AHEAD
With the July 29 FOMC meeting approaching, disciplined risk management remains especially important.
For Bitcoin, the $60,000–$62,000 region continues to represent the key support area. If that level fails to hold, attention may shift toward the next major demand zone near $55,000.
On the upside, a sustained move above $68,000 would improve the technical outlook and place the $72,000 200-day SMA back into focus.
Keeping position sizes conservative, using clearly defined stop-loss levels, and avoiding unnecessary leverage until major macro events pass may help investors navigate the current environment with greater discipline.
The crypto market remains balanced between improving technical stability and ongoing macro uncertainty. Bitcoin is consolidating, Ethereum continues to display relative strength, Solana is searching for momentum, and altcoins remain highly selective.
The coming days may prove decisive as investors watch monetary policy, commodity markets, and overall market sentiment for the next major directional signal.
