After being boarded and inspected by the U.S. military, two Iran-linked oil tankers crossed the Indian Ocean westward.

ME News, April 27 (UTC+8). The two oil tankers associated with Iran that were intercepted by the U.S. military near Sri Lanka last week are currently sailing west. The Pentagon said last week that the U.S. conducted “maritime interception and boarding inspections” on the two supertankers “Tiffany” and “Phoenix” on April 21 and 23, respectively, but did not provide details on the subsequent disposal plans for the two ships. The digital signals from the two tankers show that they are currently traveling one after the other across the Indian Ocean, heading west. The United States has not officially stated its specific intended disposition for the two oil tankers.
