Just finished lunch and was checking the market charts— the red on my screen was more attention-grabbing than the food. When the early session just got dumped, $LTC was pushed down from the highs; a lot of people were still waiting for a rebound, but what I saw was support getting thinner and thinner, counter-bounces losing strength one by one, and sell orders clearly taking the upper hand.

Back then, $LTC kept tugging around 53.67. I judged that the overhead pressure hadn’t truly loosened, and volume didn’t back it up either, so I followed the bearish rhythm and completed opening a long on the short side. It wasn’t that I chased after it fell— it was because earlier I’d been waiting for it to show signs of fatigue.

The price is now at 46.2. My position has realized +988.9%—this time wasn’t for nothing. I put the bulk in my pocket first and closed 80%, and I’ll keep the remaining 20% to follow. The protection level is moved back to around my cost basis; if it keeps pressing down, I’ll hold. If there’s a sudden rebound, it won’t leave me feeling uncomfortable about the profits.

Markets are waited for, and profits are held onto. This isn’t the time to rush in—if you miss it, then you miss it. Don’t force entries just to claw back the timing; wait for the next wave of signal to act again.
