BTC & ETH market analysis

On the 4-hour timeframe, a series of large bearish candles has been continuously printed. The price focus keeps moving downward, capital continues to flow out, and the downtrend is clear. After a short-term decline, there are weak signs of stabilization, but the rebound lacks volume and is only a minor pullback repair after the drop—it has not changed the bearish structure. There are multiple layers of resistance overhead; don’t rush to bottom-fish in a bet on a reversal.

Trading approach: prioritize waiting for the rebound to face resistance before setting up short positions.
For BTC, short on rebounds at 64,600–65,000, stop loss at 65,380, target 63,750–63,400.
For ETH, short on rebounds at 1,882–1,905, stop loss at 1,928, target 1,845–1,815. #BTC#ETH

Honestly, this kind of market is the most frustrating. You see a rebound and want to chase longs, but before the structure flips to more bullish, it’s still more reliable to short in line with the trend. I usually wait for the rebound to come back near the resistance level before entering. I’d rather miss the trade than place a counter-trend one. Thanks for the analysis.

Your stop-loss setting looks quite reasonable, but on Yitian’s side, if it breaks below 1815, it could accelerate the downward move—be careful when adding to the position.

A short-term downtrend is fine—there’s nothing wrong with going long on the rebound.
