#SEC推进美股24小时交易 Quiet selling and drifting lower over the weekend—64,000 is the last psychological line for BTC bulls.
The crypto market is in the “cooling-off” period of the Asian morning session, but calm doesn’t mean safety.
📊 Market
Major coins are broadly down, showing a clear “high beta leading to declines” pattern:
• BTC at 64,154, down 1.47% in 24h, with intraday high 65,808 → low 63,739, range about 3.2%
• ETH at 1,862, down 0.87% in 24h, dipping to a low of 1,848
• SOL at 73.99, down 2.50% in 24h, the biggest drop, breaking below the 74 integer level
• BNB relatively resilient at -0.50%, at 564.75
Looking at the 4h structure: after forming a double top around 65,800, BTC volume expanded and sold off hard. The volume on the latest single 4h candle surged to 6,045 BTC (about $388 million), the heaviest distribution candle in the past 48 hours. Price is currently consolidating tightly in the 64,300–64,600 range, with no obvious sign of follow-through buying.
🔥 Today’s key focus
1. Weekend liquidity vacuum: insufficient market-maker depth in the early Asian session; SOL/ETH tracks BTC lower but without independent bids
2. Psychological battle at the 64,000 level: breaking it triggers programmatic stop-losses, then attention shifts to the 62,500 gap
3. Altcoin alpha temporarily goes quiet: SOL has the deepest drop, suggesting that after early-week small rotations, capital quickly pulled out
🧠 I think BTC at 63,500 isn’t a technical support—it’s the market’s last line of defense in terms of sentiment. Right now there’s no sudden macro negative catalyst, and no bottom-fishing inflow either. That’s exactly the most dangerous situation: a slow grind drains patience, and then on some inconspicuous weekend news (regulation, Liquidations, whale transfers), it breaks down with a sudden surge in volume.
On strategy: don’t bottom-fish or top-pick. Wait for a 4h-level volume-expansion reversal candle to appear in the 63,200–63,500 range before considering a right-side entry. For shorts: note that if you chase shorts above 64,500, the risk/reward has already worsened.
⚠️ Risk warning: The above is from an analyst perspective and does not constitute investment advice. Crypto assets are highly volatile—please strictly adhere to stop-losses and position management.
