PANews July 25, a news flash: According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin’s monitoring, the Worldcoin Foundation sold 217 million WLD tokens, worth about $52.5 million, to institutions including Pantera Capital about 8 hours ago. Although the transaction did not disclose the sell price, after the announcement it moved tokens on-chain: the team wallet distributed 217.4 million WLD to multiple addresses. Based on the token amount and the fundraising amount, the sale price is about $0.24 per token, which is a 36% discount versus the current WLD price. These WLD are subject to a 1-year lockup, or the reason for the discount (one of them).
