7.25 Xingran morning market analysis

On the 4-hour timeframe, the price surged and then pulled back, with a large bearish candle breaking down through the prior consolidation range. Funds continued to flow out, and bearish momentum took the upper hand. Although there was a slight stop-the-fall bounce in the short term, the rebound lacked sufficient momentum; it is a technical correction after the drop and has not reversed the downward trend. Multiple layers of resistance are densely clustered above, making it difficult for bulls to regain control.

The trading approach remains: prioritize selling short on rebounds at higher levels. Don’t rush to pick bottoms at lower prices to bet on a reversal; wait for the rebound to reach the resistance zone before setting up.

Trading recommendations:
For BTC, rebound to the 64,700-65,100 range to go short, set a stop-loss at 65,450, and target 63,800-63,500.
For ETH, rebound to the 1,888-1,910 range to go short, set a stop-loss at 1,932, and target 1,850-1,818.#BTC#ETH

Funds keep flowing out. Even if there’s a rebound in the short term, it may still be a trap to lure traders. The high-level outlook remains unchanged—be patient and wait for the right position.

The bears are clearly in a dominant position, and any rebound is an opportunity to get short. Don’t be foolish and catch the flying knife.

BTC 64,700–65,100 is empty; stop loss 65,450; target 63,800. ETH 1,888 is empty; stop loss 1,932; target 1,850. Follow the strategy.

It looks like it might be a chance to bottom-fish, but reason tells me not to rush—wait for the rebound to the pressure level before setting up a short position.

After this breakdown, the rebound momentum and volume are weak—it’s just a technical repair. Wait to short again only after it breaks back above 64,700; it’s very reliable.
