$45.5 million BTC short positions crowding in—20x leverage stacking for a squeeze trap! The whole internet is collectively bearish; the main force is right on the edge of forcing liquidations.

The whole network is exploding! A single $45.5 million BTC short order has been exposed, instantly cranking up to a 20x ultra-high leverage. On the chart, an entire liquidation wall above has been laid bare. Countless retail traders are following suit and piling into shorts—everywhere in the market, bets are one-sided, pressing for continued further declines.

Most people only focus on the short-side upside and疯狂追空, but they overlook the deadliest reverse kill shot in the derivatives market: with 20x leverage, the tolerance room is extremely small. As soon as the market shows a small rebound, this batch of shorts will instantly trigger forced liquidation. When shorts get liquidated, it means passive large buy pressure. A chain of liquidations can directly ignite a violent forced-short-covering (squeeze)行情. The more crowded the short positions, the more terrifying the lift.

Now market sentiment is already extremely one-sided—everyone is certain the market will keep dumping. But trading laws never fail: a fully unified expectation is the warning sign of a turning point for harvesting.

Once spot capital flows back and the price holds steady above a key support level, this pile of high-priced, high-leverage short positions will directly turn into fuel for a long-side rally. A rapid rebound in the short term will smash all traders who are heavily chasing shorts.

Two extreme scenarios—broken down clearly for everyone in advance:
1、Continuation of the sell-off: break through core support on rising volume; shorts lock in profits, but the market’s crowded positions will quickly exhaust the remaining downside room, so the downtrend can’t last long;
2、Violent squeeze: a small rebound triggers a chain reaction of liquidations; the $45.5 million shorts collectively get liquidated. A sharp, short-term spike upward comes out of nowhere, and players chasing shorts get trapped across the board.

Now you absolutely must not blindly follow and go heavy into shorting. In an extremely crowded one-way trade, the tolerance rate is zero. No matter whether you’re long or short, you must strictly control position sizing, use hard stop-losses, and closely watch for abnormal moves in the upper liquidation zone. Once a squeeze signal appears, immediately flip your mindset—don’t become the liquidity bait the main force uses to harvest.
