Samsung is enabling cryptocurrency payments via its built-in wallet on Galaxy devices. This move is seen as a large-scale push for cryptocurrency adoption, with the potential to reach over 1 billion active Galaxy users.

The company did not share details regarding the supported digital currency issuer or launch date. The global rollout plan includes gradual expansion to markets outside the US.
