ME News, July 24 (UTC+8). According to data from “Beating” monitoring, Zhiren Innovation announced that it has launched the process to list in Hong Kong. This general AI robot company, founded three years ago, denied rumors about a Hong Kong listing twice last year, and now for the first time has publicly confirmed that it is moving forward with a Hong Kong stock IPO. Zhiren has not yet disclosed the filing time, the amount to raise, or the target valuation. The South China Morning Post says the company has hired Citic Securities, CICC, and Morgan Stanley as sponsors. Zhiren has not confirmed this detail. Omdia data shows that Zhiren shipped 5,168 humanoid robots in 2025, accounting for about 39% of the global market, with shipments ranking first. This month, Unitree Technology has received approval for an IPO registration on the STAR Market. Unitree is pushing for an A-share listing, while Zhiren is shifting to Hong Kong stocks—both leading robot companies have entered the listing stage. (Source: BlockBeats)
