ME News, April 27 (UTC+8): Meta plans to use satellite beam transmission of energy to power data centers. Meta Platforms (META.O) said it has partnered with Overview Energy to bring space solar power into data centers; the agreement allows the company to gain up to 1 GW of capacity from Overview’s space solar power system ahead of schedule.
