Has the reversal started?
Bitcoin surged from around 62,800 to 66,924 in one go—the momentum can’t be called weak. But after it pushed toward 67,000, differences began to show.
If it can’t go up, that’s the pressure.
Why is 67,000 so critical? This isn’t a normal level. This is a previously high-activity trading zone where both bulls and bears have been tearing at each other for several rounds. If the price wants to keep moving higher, you can’t rely on sentiment alone—you need real money to shove it up.
After several earlier tests here, it was met with resistance as well. Following this breakout, it fell back again too, which shows the sell pressure above hasn’t been fully digested yet.
Meanwhile, things outside aren’t idle either. Oil prices are strengthening, U.S. Treasury yields are pushing higher, and the dollar is also starting to rebound. The market is beginning to reassess the Fed’s stance next week, and risk appetite may be affected to some extent. But the market won’t simply turn around because of a single piece of news—the direction is worked out over time, not decided once and for all in a day.
Next, focus on two key levels: if 67,000 is capped and can’t be pushed through, then the resistance is confirmed; if 65,000 can’t be held, the structure will start to weaken.
In the end, the market doesn’t care how lively the news is—it cares about who’s willing to pull out real money and take the bag at this level.
Trading isn’t about guessing the top or the bottom. It’s about waiting at key levels for the market to write the answer itself. $BTC $ETH
