According to CoinDesk, U.S. “Magnificent Seven” stocks saw a combined market cap drop of about $797B on Thursday, the worst single-day performance since April 2025, dragged down by concerns over capital expenditures from Alphabet and Tesla. Bitcoin fell less than 1% over the same period, holding around $65,400. ETH, SOL, and DOGE fell by about 3%, 3%, and 5% respectively, while BTC temporarily showed stronger resilience than technology stocks.

The “seven giants” plunged by 797 billion; Bitcoin only dropped by less than 1%. Back then, it would have collapsed along with it early. It seems the narrative of “digital gold” is becoming more and more credible.
