Daily Pre-Market Forecast|2026.07.24 10:40

Yesterday’s Recap
Yesterday, BTC failed to hold above 66,400. After breaking below 65,500, it bottomed at 64,651; the defense path was confirmed. ETH lost 1,910 and fell back to around 1,860; the call to look for take-up at 1,875~1,890 was confirmed. With BTC weakening and ETH dropping more, altcoins faced pressure. The judgment to avoid chasing highs and control risk was fulfilled.
Overall Today’s Call
As of 10:41 (Beijing time), BTC is around $65,043, down 1.08% over 24 hours, with a range of 64,651~65,838. ETH is around $1,871, down 2.85% over 24 hours, with a range of 1,860~1,932. The BTC daily chart repair base is still there, but the 1-hour rebound has not escaped moving-average suppression; ETH’s short-term cycle is weaker than BTC. Today, handle it first as an attempt to stabilize within weak-range consolidation; for altcoins, focus on defense and staying still, waiting for the top assets to confirm together.
BTC
BTC is around $65,043. On the 1-hour chart, it is below the EMA20 at about 65,182, the 20-hour moving average at about 65,137, and the 50-hour moving average at about 65,638. MACD remains below the zero line, but the histogram has slightly rebounded. Volume is about 0.47x of the average volume over the past 20 periods, suggesting there is buying support above 64,650, but no effective breakout has formed yet. On the 4-hour chart, it is below the EMA20 at about 65,438 and the 20-period moving average at about 65,790, and slightly above the 50-period moving average at about 64,917. MACD histogram remains negative, so the structure is still a consolidation pullback after the rebound. On the daily chart, price is above the EMA20 at about 64,404, the 20-day moving average at about 64,293, and the 50-day moving average at about 63,180; the daily repair has not been broken. On the weekly chart, the trend still hasn’t turned stronger.
For the short term, support is at 64,600~64,900, and stronger support at 63,700~64,200. For short-term resistance, watch 65,400~65,800, and stronger resistance at 66,500~67,000. Today’s key pivot is 64,600: if it holds and the market regains 65,800 with volume, the rebound may expand toward around 66,500; if it breaks below 64,600, be prepared for further pullback toward 63,700~64,200. In terms of execution, wait for support to hold/take up or for a confirmed pullback after a breakout; do not chase low-volume anti-trend bounces.
ETH
ETH is around $1,871. On the 1-hour chart, it is below the EMA20 at about 1,891, the 20-hour moving average at about 1,894, and the 50-hour moving average at about 1,915. MACD histogram is still negative, and the latest volume is about 0.29x of the average volume over the past 20 periods, meaning rebound momentum is clearly insufficient. On the 4-hour chart, it is below the EMA20 at about 1,903, the 20-period moving average at about 1,917, and the 50-period moving average at about 1,888. MACD histogram continues to weaken, and the short-term performance is weaker than BTC. On the daily chart, ETH is still above the EMA20 at about 1,840, the 20-day moving average at about 1,839, and the 50-day moving average at about 1,738, so the daily repair base remains. On the weekly chart, the main moving averages still form resistance.
For the short term, support is at 1,855~1,870, and stronger support at 1,825~1,845. For short-term resistance, watch 1,890~1,910, and stronger resistance at 1,930~1,960. Today’s key pivot is 1,855: if it holds and reclaims 1,910, there is a chance to retest 1,930~1,960; if it effectively breaks below 1,855, 1,825~1,845 may face another round of tests. In execution, first wait for a bottoming signal and volume recovery; do not buy into strength in weak rebounds below 1,900.
Altcoin Cross-Asset Linkage Call
If BTC holds 64,600 and ETH holds 1,855, altcoins can see localized bottoming and rotation room. If BTC recovers 65,800 and ETH simultaneously stands above 1,910, the repair could potentially spread to more coins. When BTC breaks below 64,600, altcoins should prioritize defense. When ETH stays weaker than BTC, higher-volatility coins usually bear greater sell pressure. Focus on price-volume follow-through and support/take-up; do not treat a rebound in a single coin as a broad-market uptrend starter.
Public Trading Principles
Do not chase. Wait for key support to show signs of stopping the fall; if it breaks a pivot level, reduce positions for defense. Only when it reclaims key resistance and volume is supportive, look for continuation of the repair. During consolidation, reduce frequent trial-and-error; the complete observation of pool levels and single-coin strategy should follow the fast news or group documentation.
