7.24 Jack morning pancake key level analysis and strategy

After the early-stage surge to the 1958.75 area high point, the market gradually lost upward momentum. The overall price center continued to drift slowly downward. The prior consolidation range was directly broken through by a large bearish candle. The moving averages also turned down in sync, officially starting a sustained downtrend.

The market kept oscillating and falling, with the lowest dipping to the 1858 low. After a brief flush at the bottom, it rebounded slightly to around 1874. This short-term rebound is only a technical repair after consecutive big sell-offs. Multiple layers of moving averages overhead form clear resistance; every rebound is hard to sustain. Swing highs continue to set lower highs, and the overall large bearish structure has not changed in any way.

Next, focus on the 1858 prior low support. If this level is broken again, the room for downside correction will further expand. To completely reverse the current weak situation, the price must hold above the moving average resistance zone and show a continuous upward repair.

This analysis looks pretty professional, but the recent choppy market has been really hard to catch—I’ll just watch from the sidelines for now.

The bearish candle that came down since 1958 is indeed brutal. If you’re going long now, you should set a tighter stop-loss. I feel 1830 isn’t far off either.

Thanks for sharing, but right now the moving averages are pressing down across the board; even a rebound to 1890 looks difficult. Sticking with a bearish view still feels more prudent.

The technical picture is so weak—trying to buy the dip just because of a single bottoming signal feels a bit like gambling to me.

Great work, but is going long at 1850 too aggressive? If it breaks below 1858, wouldn’t it be over?
