I just stepped away from the screen to drink some water, and when I came back, this high-level back-and-forth was already over. A few days ago in the afternoon, $SUI was still above, testing back and forth—while the price never really held. When it pushed higher there was no volume, and the moment sell pressure showed up, it clearly went soft.

Before the market board was fully active, I watched the changes in SUI’s order absorption. Every time it surged, it felt like it was just about to miss one more step, so I judged the “baiting longs / fake strength” flavor was strong, and it wasn’t suitable to chase longs again. Around 1.0341, I followed the plan to open a long and didn’t get stuck in a dispute with the false momentum.

Right now the price has fallen to 0.7449. The short position’s return rate shows +1346.8%—it really feels great. The quieter things are beforehand, the more they test your execution after the turn.

If it’s time to take profit, then take profit. First handle 80%; move the remaining 20%’s protective level up to around the cost basis. If it keeps moving down, let the position run with it; if it rebounds, keep the profits protected.

Pros die from trying to catch the bottom; retail traders die from chasing after orders. The clear-headed only trade the parts they can actually understand. If you haven’t entered yet, don’t rush to add—wait until the new structure forms, then decide.
