MoonPay launches Paybox, an AI shopping wallet built on the x402 protocol
PANews July 24 news: According to Fortune, the crypto payment platform MoonPay announced the launch of an AI shopping wallet Paybox, supporting integration with ChatGPT and Claude, so that AI assistants can not only search for products and compare prices, but also directly complete payments, book restaurants, buy airline tickets, and shop on Amazon.
As it was learned, Paybox does not require writing code or installing additional software. Users can top up the wallet via a bank account or crypto assets, and can set risk-control rules such as spending limits and payment confirmations. MoonPay said that Paybox is built on the open protocol x402, features a decentralized design, does not rely on platform permissions, and can support any compatible merchants and services.
